SHIPPING

Do you ship internationally? 

Yes we DO, we provide Free Standard Shipping 

How long will it take to receive my order? 

United States, Australia, France, Norway (10 - 15 business days) 
Canada, Russian Federation, Saudi Arabia, Spain, Luxembourg (10 - 20 business days)
Rest of the world (10 - 25 business days)

All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 3 business days. In peak periods please allow for up to 6 business days for dispatch.

The delivery times are due to our manufacturing technology used to ensure the genuine quality of the products in accordance with your needs

   

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We do not accept returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged in transit. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable) 
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 15 days of receiving the products with pictures of the damaged items. Upon the receipt of the damaged item, we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.

Lost or Stolen Packages 
KleaBeauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, KleaBeauty will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, send us an email for further instructions.

Shipping 
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
